Job Description

· Assist in managing all food and beverage service operations, ensuring smooth coordination

· Support training, and ongoing development of F&B team members.

· Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

· Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in accordance with company and local regulations.

· Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

· Monitor and manage inventory levels, wastage, and stock control.

· Help drive upselling initiatives to meet revenue targets.

· Conduct regular team briefings and participate in departmental meetings.

· Ensure service areas are clean, well-organized, and fully prepared before service periods.

· Act as the duty manager when required and support events or special functions.

· Maintain clear communication with kitchen and other departments.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within F&B or hospitality.

· Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and licensing laws.

· Hands-on, guest-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
