We are currently undergoing a complete transformation and enhancing all the hotel facilities to continue delivering an outstanding luxury service to our guests. Scheduled to complete the changes in Spring 2024, the hotel will provide an all-encompassing experience where entertainment, leisure, dining, conferencing and unparalleled hospitality will converge seamlessly, transcending traditional hotel boundaries.
As our Chief Concierge's 2IC, you will be assisting in managing our Concierge team across hotel operations. You will be:
- Assisting in efficiently managing the Concierge team ensuring the highest standards of luxury service are consistently delivered.
- Leading by example in assisting guests with queries and providing recommendations.
- Knowledgeable on What's On in Sydney and able to provide assistance with dining experiences, tickets to a show, attractions to see or transportation.
- Fostering a consistent and guest-centric culture within the team to deliver a guest experience like no other in line with our luxury brand standards.
- Motivating and mentoring the team supporting their career growth.
- Learning from our experienced Chief Concierge and Hotel leadership team.
To be successful in this newly created role, you will have:
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment or luxury service role.
- The demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service exceeding expectations.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to effectively manage priorities.
