Description du poste : Le service Housekeeping du Mercure Paris Porte Orléans est à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) apprenti(e) gouvernant d'étages pour rejoindre son équipe à la rentrée prochaine ! Si vous êtes une personne dynamique, souriante, désireuse d'apprendre et de progresser dans une atmosphère animée, alors cette annonce est faite pour vous.
Avec ses 188 chambres, ses salles de séminaires, son espace petit-déjeuner, son restaurant ainsi que son bar, notre hôtel accueille une clientèle variée, qu'il s'agisse de groupes ou de voyageurs individuels, tant pour des séjours d'affaires que de loisirs, provenant de France ou d'ailleurs. Si vous recherchez un environnement où la routine n'a pas sa place et où vous pouvez rencontrer des personnes de tous horizons, alors ce poste est parfait pour vous !
Vos missions incluent :
- Veiller au bien-être des clients tout au long de leur séjour
- Manager, contrôler, encadrer, et accompagner les équipes de femmes et valets de chambre au quotidien (contrôle de chambre, formation des équipes CDI et extras, suivi du temps de travail)
- Réaliser des ouvertures et des fermetures
- Veiller au bien-être des équipes au quotidien (vérification du matériel de travail, des besoins en accompagnement, écoute, et bienveillance)
- Animer le service des étages : réunion d'équipes, briefing, cohésion
- Support auprès du gouvernant général sur des aspects opérationnels et administratifs : gestion des stocks, commande, réalisation des plannings, etc.
Début d'alternance : Septembre
Durée : 2 ans
Formation : BTS option C
Qualifications : Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
- Langues : Français et Anglais
- Connaissances dans le milieu de l'hôtellerie est un plus
- Esprit d'équipe, Bienveillance, Bon sens de l'organisation
