Accor is hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales strategies for the MICE, Corporate, and Wedding segments at one of our flagship hotels in Dubai. In this full-time role, you will drive group bookings, social events, and corporate sales by developing strong client relationships and tailoring service packages to meet diverse event needs. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting MICE, weddings, and corporate events
- Prospect new business opportunities through networking, client visits, and lead generation
- Manage and grow existing accounts, including event planners, corporates, and travel agencies
- Conduct on-site presentations, hotel tours, and negotiations to convert prospects into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate closely with event planning, banquet, culinary, and service teams to ensure successful execution
- Customize packages for themed, cultural, or large-scale events to meet client specifications
- Collaborate with external vendors and decorators to deliver high-quality event setups
- Track sales performance and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies
- Prepare forecasts, business development plans, and regular reports for senior leadership
- Support the marketing team with campaigns, digital promotions, and participation in trade shows
- Work with front office, reservations, and F&B teams to guarantee seamless guest experiences
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in creating incentives, promotions, and seasonal offerings
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on MICE or weddings
- Proven success in managing client relationships and closing high-value deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple events and maintain performance under pressure
- Familiarity with Dubai's hospitality and events market is an advantage
