Accor is hiring a results-driven Revenue Manager to support revenue strategy and performance optimization across a cluster of seven hotels in Dubai. Based at one of our premier properties, you will contribute to pricing strategy, forecasting, and performance analysis in collaboration with hotel GMs, sales leaders, and the Cluster Director of Revenue. This full-time role is ideal for hospitality professionals with revenue management expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience across multi-property environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day pricing and inventory management across a portfolio of 7 Accor properties.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to refine short and long-term revenue strategies.
  • Participate in revenue meetings, sharing performance insights and identifying risks or optimization opportunities.
  • Assist in evaluating group booking inquiries and prepare rate proposals aligned with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Sales & Marketing, and the Cluster Director of Revenue to prepare room revenue forecasts and budgets.
  • Contribute to maximizing RevPAR and achieving RGI targets for all properties under your scope.
  • Provide data for end-of-month reports and monitor key metrics to track performance.
  • Utilize Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS to support system-based revenue optimization.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt pricing or availability to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple properties and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and revenue-related targets.
  • A collaborative team player with a goal-driven mindset.
