This role will support Blackvoya’s (Accomy’s Web3 arm) 2026 strategic expansion by establishing a dedicated on-ground presence in London—Europe’s strongest Web3 BD hub. The hire will be responsible for developing partnerships with exchanges, wallets, DAOs, stablecoin providers, and Web3 communities. The position is essential for accelerating market penetration, securing high-value partnerships, and building a scalable BD pipeline for Blackvoya.

As the Business Development Manager, your main objective will be to conduct business development activities, identify gaps in our process and operations, and implement changes that will enhance the team’s performance. This role will also enable you to understand the end-to-end flow of working and optimizing our relationship with our partners to develop long term values.

  • Identify and close business opportunities
  • Analyze impact of the team’s performance and suggest improvements
  • Be innovative and creative in solving partner issues and identifying opportunities for growth including external or market benchmarking

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. This hire will directly drive user acquisition, partnership activation, and brand visibility within key Web3 markets. Position requires strong Web3 network, BD experience, and ability to execute independently. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a requirement as you will be communicating with colleagues/clients based overseas. Additional fluency in other languages is a plus.
