Responsibilities
- Support and routine management for residents
- Promoting independence and fulfilling lives
- Supporting personal skills development through hobbies and interests
- Health care support, including appointments and medication administration
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting and shopping
- Assisting with personal care and domestic tasks
- Providing emotional and physical support
