Our Swansea team provides personalized support tailored to each individual β whether that's 24-hour care, overnight assistance, or bespoke packages. You'll work in a variety of settings, including shared houses, individual flats, and family homes, supporting people to manage their own tenancies and daily lives.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with daily routines, promoting independence and wellbeing
- Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and skill development
- Support healthcare needs, including appointments and medication assistance
- Teach essential life skills like budgeting, shopping, and bill paying
- Provide personal care and help with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning
- Offer emotional and physical support with kindness and encouragement
