Keys Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children’s Activity Centre in Stafford. You will support the Registered Manager, lead shifts, supervise staff, and help run a residential home for 8–18-year-olds. Accommodation and meals are provided; a full UK driving licence is required, and a 4 on/7 off live-in shift pattern applies.
You’ll participate in outdoor activities, contribute to care plans and reviews, and help recruit, train, and develop the team while ensuring safety and compliance.
