Step into the role of a Peripatetic Manager in our England Adult Residential Division, overseeing and supporting residential homes predominantly across the Northampton, Bedfordshire, and Cambridge area. Your role will be to support residential services across this region.

Role of a Peripatetic Manager

  • Provide leadership and management to a team of Registered Managers in our residential care home settings
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to clients
  • Support the Registered Managers with care planning; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services through auditing and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for clients
  • Provide guidance and support to Registered Managers and staff in areas such as medication administration, documentation, and compliance with legislation and CQC regulations
  • Act as the Manager for a home temporarily, in the absence of a Registered Manager, carrying out all duties of a Registered Manager
