We are looking for a Supported Living Manager who brings more than just experience - someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You will be overseeing and supporting sites predominantly across the Merthyr area.
Your Role as a Supported Living Manager:
You will be more than a manager. You will be a leader, an advocate, and a driving force for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping the lives of both the people in our care and the team around you.
We are looking for a Service Manager who:
- Is experienced as a Service Manager or Deputy Manager within Supported Living
- Must hold a QCF 3 and be working towards QCF 5
- Must be able to register with Social Care Wales
- Can support with the growth of the portfolio
- Is able to manage dispersed teams
- Is committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
- Can maintain accurate and clear records
- Has financial and/or budgetary experience
- Possesses excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Is able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Has a good awareness of CIW legislation, updates, changes and best practice
