Are you ready to be the face of innovation at a dynamic, specialist payments firm? Accomplish is seeking a proactive, focused, and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to jump into the exciting world of card issuing and electronic payment solutions for financial institutions and FinTech businesses. Based full-time in our Knightsbridge/Belgravia, London offices, you'll be the crucial link in bringing new, dynamic card and payment programmes to life. Accomplish is a specialist in the card issuing space; a complete service provider of electronic payment solutions for financial institutions, programme managers, large corporations, and fintech businesses. We are continuously innovating and launching new products and services for our partners, as well as maintaining existing programmes. A key element of our services involves regulated financial services activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As a key team member, you will report to and support our Head of Products and Client Experience. You’ll quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of our systems and capabilities, with the future goal of scoping and leading your own projects.
  • Project Leadership & Onboarding: You’ll act as a key relationship contact and manage the onboarding of new partnerships through to handover. This means working with Sales to understand new programme design requirements and converting them into effective scoping and project documentation.
  • Relationship Architect: Be the "face of Accomplish" during onboarding projects. You’ll cultivate dependable, trusting, open, and robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders alike and set the standard for our new partners.
  • Documentation & Detail: Take responsibility for specific tasks and eventually your own projects, maintaining clear, accurate, and timely documentation, including business requirements, design specifications, and meticulous minuting of project meetings. You’ll also prepare and track all onboarding and design documents, ensuring careful version control.
  • Troubleshooting & Training Guru: Take ownership to troubleshoot client issues and proactively propose solutions. You’ll deliver ‘train the trainer’ style sessions and maintain comprehensive Client User Guides to help clients become self-sufficient.
  • The Problem Solver: We need someone willing to think and work ‘outside of the box’ to handle every eventuality, ensuring we maintain an exemplary and reliable standard of service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • We are looking for a pragmatic and enthusiastic candidate who is a good listener, loves dealing with all sorts of people, and is diplomatic and tactful.
  • Client-Facing Experience is Key: Previous experience and enthusiasm for a B2B or B2C client-facing role is a prerequisite.
  • Planning & Organisation: You must be a ‘self-starter’ who can plan ahead, identify potential bottlenecks, and clearly articulate solutions to manage demanding stakeholders. Experience with planning and coordination, including identifying dependencies, is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening are a must. You need confident communication and presentation skills, with an excellent grasp of spelling and grammar in fluent English.
  • Attention to detail: You take care in everything you do and have the ability to juggle all elements from the smallest detail to the big picture.
  • Language Advantage: Proficiency in French would be an attractive attribute, as we work with international clients. Other languages are a plus.
  • FinTech Interest: Experience in the payments industry is preferable, but not essential. We are looking for someone who cares deeply about delivering high standards and wants to learn, grow and progress.
