JOB ROLE: Children's Support Worker

LOCATION: Holbeach (PE12)

SALARY: £14.05 - £14.75 per hour + £62.64 per sleep in

HOURS: 39 per week, completed in shifts, including long days (14 hours) followed by sleep‑ins.

REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Driving Licence – essential.

About Us

Our Children’s Home in Holbeach is looking for Residential Support Workers to join their team and be part of something special. Working with your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers, you will work alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may bring. Our young people are between 8‑18 years old who display emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
  • Accompanying them to appointments, school, and fun activities
  • Delivering personal care and helping with daily routines
  • Supporting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
  • Completing accurate, clear documentation and reports
  • Promoting their wellbeing and safeguarding them
