Accomplish Todays client is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our clients sales team in their Hertfordshire offices. They’re part of a larger group with serious backing, fully accredited, and well-positioned ahead of upcoming legislation changes. If you’ve got 1-2 years of sales experience (any industry), and you’re confident cold calling, booking meetings, and chasing new business, this could be your next move.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prospecting and winning new clients in the contracting and recruitment space
  • Making outbound calls and booking meetings
  • Attending client meetings
  • Working closely with an experienced sales manager and wider commercial team

What they’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Not necessarily from payroll — fresh eyes from other sectors are welcome
