As a Business Development Manager you will join our dynamic operational team and work closely with the Operations Director to cultivate and manage a sustainable pipeline of work aligned with our growth strategy.

You will be responsible for key account management, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within your designated geographical area.

Collaborate with the Operations Director and department managers to understand internal capabilities and ensure seamless project delivery.

Promote our full range of services including drainage, utility and land surveying, civil works, and pipe lining (e. g., sewer cleaning, CCTV inspections, pipe remediation and relining).

Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and offer tailored service solutions.

Conduct post-project follow-ups to evaluate client satisfaction and identify opportunities for further service.

Confident, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for sales and relationship building.

Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally within the drainage, utilities, sewer, wastewater, or surveying sectors.

Familiarity with key services such as drainage and sewer cleaning, CCTV asset inspection, and pipe relining.

Proficient with IT tools to manage communications and CRM systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, and client relationship management (preferred).

Valid UK driving licence (required).
