As a Recruitment Sales Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will work in a vibrant and self-motivating team to source and develop new business contacts in order to generate requests for contract staff. It is essential that you can communicate well, prioritise work, and manage your own activities.
Key areas of the role:
- Represent and convey the organisation's vision and values at all times.
- Sourcing and developing new business contacts to generate requests for contract business.
- Introducing and promoting the organisation to potential clients in a professional manner to obtain agreement and acceptance of our services.
- Responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates after generating requests for contract staff.
- Preparation and sending of CVs to clients.
- Arrangement of interviews, including the provision of travel information where appropriate.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with the contract consultant once the assignment commences, ensuring any issues or problems are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
Experience & Skills Required:
- All industry backgrounds will be considered, but must have a business development/sales focus.
- Ability to develop a business platform through market knowledge.
- Strong communication skills are key to this position.
- Significant time spent speaking with clients/candidates over the telephone and face to face, requiring clear and concise communication.
- Confident to present to senior management teams.
