Key Responsibilities Uncovering and identifying new business sales opportunities, for new and existing customers. Identifying appointment opportunities and setting appointments for existing, lapsed, and new customers. Ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved, along with other activity-based targets. Using marketing campaign information to contact customers in a controlled way Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system, accurately and on time.
