About The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Growth Manager (Implementations & Onboarding) to play a pivotal role in the company’s continued growth. This is a specialist implementation and customer success position where you’ll own the full client journey — from initial onboarding to successful platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client implementations and onboarding projects
- Deliver seamless transitions onto the payroll platform
- Act as the primary client contact during implementation
- Configure systems for high-volume payroll and batch payment processing

- Work closely with Operations, Compliance, and Product teams
