We are hiring a high-performing Internal Sales Consultant / Inside Sales Executive to join a successful B2C sales team within a well-established, stable organisation. This role is ideal for a proven closer with experience in outbound sales, warm lead conversion, and target-driven environments.

You will work with warm and hot pre-qualified leads only, achieving conversion rates of 80%+, with genuine high earnings available immediately. Important: The £32,000 basic salary is fixed. This position requires confidence in outbound calling and a strong ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and convert a consistent pipeline of warm inbound and outbound leads
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to pre-qualified prospects
