Accomplish Today are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding organisation within the recruitment and payroll sector. This role is well suited to a confident, service-led professional with a proactive approach to outbound client engagement, relationship reactivation, and long-term account development.
You will play a key role in managing and growing recruitment agency partnerships, supporting a smooth and compliant contractor journey while driving engagement, retention, and commercial value. This is a people-focused role within a high-growth environment offering clear progression and strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of recruitment agency partner accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement, trust, and satisfaction.
- Proactively re-engage and reactivate existing clients through outbound calls, email, and relationship-led communication.
- Act as a primary point of contact for agency partners, delivering consistent service excellence.
- Manage inbound contractor referrals, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant onboarding.
- Monitor referral volumes and performance, providing insight to improve outcomes and client experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Support the development of new agency partnerships alongside sales and partnerships teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening market reputation through professional and proactive engagement.
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, Client Relationship Management, or Account Coordination.
- Background in recruitment, payroll, or umbrella services highly desirable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident with outbound calling and proactive client engagement.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and contractor lifecycles.
- Knowledge of IR35 and AWR beneficial but not essential.
- Commercially aware with a solutions-focused mindset.
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000 achievable in Year One.
