Provide outsourced business development and account management services to clients, working on projects as required by the business.

Identify, research and profile new business opportunities on behalf of clients.

Proactively approach new opportunities on behalf of clients to establish effective and profitable working relationships.

Manage existing relationships on behalf of clients, nurturing and expanding relationships to increase revenue generated.

Conduct new business meetings, presentations and training sessions with new and existing prospects, as appropriate.

Achieve and exceed behavioural and commissionable sales metrics, as set by management.

Maintain and update CRM systems to record details of all contact and meetings.

Technical Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Other Requirements

  • Proven new business sales experience (face to face and telephone).
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and at all levels.
  • Target focused, enthusiastic, resilient, diplomatic, motivated and driven.
  • Ability to understand/utilise technical/financial concepts in sales scenarios.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems.
