Responsibilities
- Provide outsourced business development and account management services to clients, working on projects as required by the business.
- Identify, research and profile new business opportunities on behalf of clients.
- Proactively approach new opportunities on behalf of clients to establish effective and profitable working relationships.
- Manage existing relationships on behalf of clients, nurturing and expanding relationships to increase revenue generated.
- Conduct new business meetings, presentations and training sessions with new and existing prospects, as appropriate.
- Achieve and exceed behavioural and commissionable sales metrics, as set by management.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to record details of all contact and meetings.
Technical Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Other Requirements
- Proven new business sales experience (face to face and telephone).
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and at all levels.
- Target focused, enthusiastic, resilient, diplomatic, motivated and driven.
- Ability to understand/utilise technical/financial concepts in sales scenarios.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills.
- The ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
- Full driving licence.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems.
