JOB ROLE: Senior Support Worker

LOCATION: Wolverhampton

SALARY: £14.45 - £15.05* per hour

HOURS: 37.5 per week

EXPERIENCE: Must have supported living experience. Applicants should hold an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Support Workers
  • Provide high standards of care and support for people in line with care plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and work to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • Ensure duties undertaken by reporting staff meet required standards and contribute positively to a happy, efficient, and homely atmosphere within the Home
