LOCATION: Cheshire Supported Living - Crewe, Nantwich & Winsford.
SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30* per hour
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
About Cheshire Supported Living
Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Cheshire provides support for people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service, including:
- Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
- Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
