Location: Carisbrook Drive, Winsford (CW7)

Salary: £13.45 - £14.05* per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence – essential.
  • Female Support Worker over the age of 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement. The position is exempt from the gender discrimination rule.

About the Service:

Carisbrook is a supported living service for three females aged between 26 and 62. The individuals have complex support needs including learning difficulties, autism, dementia, PTSD and communication needs. They require support with day‑to‑day living skills to build independence, structured routines and meaningful engagement in a person‑centred way.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day‑to‑day support and routine for the people we support.
  • Prompt independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
  • Support and encourage development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Maintain health care needs, including accompanying them to routine appointments or administering medication.
  • Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
  • Assist with personal care as required.
  • Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
