Job Role: Waking Nights Support Worker
Location: Barry, The Vale of Glamorgan
Salary: £12.60 – £13.30 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time
Shifts: 7:30pm until 8:00am with 3 to 4 shifts per week 2 days on and 2 days off.

As a Support Worker, you\’ll play an integral role in the daily routines of the people we support, including:
- Assisting with daily routines, promoting independence, and helping individuals lead fulfilling lives.
- Encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies, interests, and social activities.
- Supporting healthcare needs, including accompanying individuals to appointments and assisting with medication management.
- Teaching essential life skills such as budgeting, bill-paying, and shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as needed.
- Supporting domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking.
- Providing emotional and physical support, offering guidance and encouragement.
