SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30* per hour
HOURS: 35 hours per week
Introducing our new service, Ty Maes Rhos - due to open soon. We’re delighted to announce the upcoming launch of a brand-new residential care home designed to support up to nine adults with Mental Health needs. Opening in 2025, our new Service will set a new benchmark for high-quality, person-centred care. Our mission is to create a warm, supportive environment where every individual is empowered to thrive, grow, and live a fulfilling life. We’re looking for compassionate, committed Support Workers to join our brand-new team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something truly special right from the start. Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
- Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
