Pay Rate: £14.05 - £14.75 per hour
Shifts: 08:30-21:00 PM & 21:00-08:30 AM

About Grove View: Located within the small, friendly community of Birchgrove, Grove View is a female‑specific home for nine women with primarily mental health support needs. The people we support enjoy a variety of activities including bowling, walking, cinema, shopping, holidays, arts and crafts, cooking and dining out. We work closely with individuals with self‑harm and suicide ideation, utilising mental health relapse prevention plans and recognising early trigger and warning signs to minimise risks.
Responsibilities:
- Day‑to‑day support and routine for the people we support
- Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life
- Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintaining and helping with health‑care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
- Assisting with personal care as required
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking
- Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
