£12.60 – £13.30* per hour

08:00-20:30PM & 20:30-08:00AM
About Park Avenue
Park Avenue supports up to 5 adults, providing a supportive environment for people with Mental Health needs. We focus on trust, individual needs, and promoting independence through positive support, acceptance, and encouragement. Our support is tailored to each person\’s unique journey towards independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting service users\’ independence and fulfilling lives
- Supporting development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Assisting with health care needs, including appointments and medication administration
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping
- Providing personal care as needed
- Helping with domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking
