Hours: 36 per week
Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00 & 20:00 - 08:00 (Days & Occasional Nights, Personal Care included)
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day support and routine activities for the people we support.
- Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining health‑care needs, including accompanying individuals to routine appointments or administering medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
- Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience within the care sector is not essential; full training will be provided.
- The successful candidate must demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to live our company values daily.
- Age requirement: must be over 18 years old.
