- Location: Rhoose, Barry (CF62)
- Pay Rate: £13.20 – £13.90 per hour*
- Contracted Hours: 35 hours per week
- Shift Patterns:
- 7:30 am – 8:00 pm
- 9:30 am – 10:00 pm
- 8:00 pm – 7:30 am
- Must hold UK Driving licence.

What You’ll Do as a Support Worker
- Provide day‑to‑day support and routine for the people we support.
- Promote independence and confidence in everyday activities.
- Support personal growth through hobbies and community engagement.
- Assist with health needs, including medical appointments and medication administration.
- Teach life skills such as budgeting, shopping, and bill management.
- Help with domestic responsibilities, including cooking and cleaning.
- Provide personal care where required.
- Offer ongoing emotional and physical support.
