  • Job Title: Support Worker
  • Location: Rhoose, Barry (CF62)
  • Pay Rate: £13.20 – £13.90 per hour*
  • Contracted Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Shift Patterns:
    • 7:30 am – 8:00 pm
    • 9:30 am – 10:00 pm
    • 8:00 pm – 7:30 am
  • Must hold UK Driving licence.

What You’ll Do as a Support Worker

  • Provide day‑to‑day support and routine for the people we support.
  • Promote independence and confidence in everyday activities.
  • Support personal growth through hobbies and community engagement.
  • Assist with health needs, including medical appointments and medication administration.
  • Teach life skills such as budgeting, shopping, and bill management.
  • Help with domestic responsibilities, including cooking and cleaning.
  • Provide personal care where required.
  • Offer ongoing emotional and physical support.
