Accomplish Group is seeking a Sleep-in Night Residential Support Worker to join our teams at April Court and Wallfield in Bournemouth. In this role, you will provide an overnight presence to ensure residents' safety and security, responding to emergencies as required.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to follow procedures for safeguarding and possess experience working with vulnerable individuals.
