About Ashcombe Court: Ashcombe Court supports an 8 bedded home for mental health, autism, acquired brain injury and learning disabilities as well as support with everyday living skills such as shopping, cleaning and cooking. Our staff support people to have fun and make every day the best it can be for each person.

If you are a Support Worker or Care Assistant with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values, this may be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home
