Overview
Senior Support Worker role at Accomplish Group (Keys Group). Location: Trehafod, Rhondda Cynn Taf. Salary: £13.60 – £14.20 per hour. Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Day/Night shifts with sleep-ins).

About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key leadership role in our Swansea team. You’ll support and guide a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and empowering individuals to live independently and confidently.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and supervising a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care
- Ensuring high standards of support in line with individual care plans
- Organising and encouraging meaningful, community-based activities
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Liaising with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders
- Conducting regular staff supervisions, audits, and performance reviews
- Overseeing day-to-day responsibilities within the service and promoting a warm, inclusive environment
