Package Description

Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Location: Swansea

Salary: £13.60 – £14.20 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Day/Night shifts with sleep-ins)

Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence essential

About The Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key leadership role in our Swansea team. You’ll support and guide a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and empowering individuals to live independently and confidently.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and supervising a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensuring high standards of support in line with individual care plans
  • Organising and encouraging meaningful, community-based activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Liaising with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Conducting regular staff supervisions, audits, and performance reviews
  • Overseeing day-to-day responsibilities within the service and promoting a warm, inclusive environment

Requirements

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
