Keys is looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 15-bed service that supports individuals with complex needs (Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities). The team at Kemble House is supported by our central colleagues from the PBS and Clinical team, with regular visits and training sessions.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Experienced as a Registered Manager
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism
  • Demonstrates positive values
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
