Accomplish is looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of a 10-bed Service that supports individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD). The service is currently at 9 occupancy and has a Deputy Manager in place.
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: Up to £47,000
Bonus: 21% annual bonus
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced "turn-around" manager to improve processes and quality.
We Are Looking For a Manager Who Is:
- Experienced as a Registered Manager
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities or Acquired Brain Injury
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for the 10-bed service, ensuring quality of care and compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage staff, services and quality improvement initiatives
- Support individuals with LD to live as independently as possible, with choice and respect
- Monitor occupancy and service performance with the Deputy Manager
