Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service provides support for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and acquired brain injuries. We focus on person‑centred care that promotes independence and meets each individual’s needs.
Job Role
- Senior Support Worker
- Full Time – 40 hours per week
- Location: Redruth, Cornwall (TR15)
- Salary: £13.60 - £14.20 per hour
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Support Workers.
- Provide high standards of care and support in line with service users’ plans.
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities.
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required while working to care plans.
- Liaise with health professionals and their families.
- Complete supervisions and audits.
- Ensure all duties are performed to required standards, creating a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere.
