Location: Oldham, Manchester (OL8)

Salary: £13.45 - £14.05 per hour

Shift pattern: 21:00 - 08:30 AM

We require a female Support Worker over the age of 18. All applicants must be over the age of 18. This position is exempt from the gender discrimination rule.

About Boston House

Boston House provides slow stream Neuro Rehabilitation for 17 adults who have complex needs following a brain injury. You will work in conjunction with a Neuro‑Therapy Team assisting the people we support with their ongoing rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home
