Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence – essential

- No prior care experience required – full on‑the‑job training provided
- Must be over 18 years old (vulnerable nature of people we support)
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Prompt and support individuals to achieve independence and a fulfilling life
- Encourage and develop personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintain and assist with health‑care needs, including accompanying to appointments and administering medication
- Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping
- Assist with personal care, as required for each person supported
- Support domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking
