Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence – essential
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day
  • No prior care experience required – full on‑the‑job training provided
  • Must be over 18 years old (vulnerable nature of people we support)

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Prompt and support individuals to achieve independence and a fulfilling life
  • Encourage and develop personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintain and assist with health‑care needs, including accompanying to appointments and administering medication
  • Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping
  • Assist with personal care, as required for each person supported
  • Support domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking
