Salary: £14.05 - £14.75 per hour

- Gender: Female – a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
- Age: 18 or over.
- Welsh‑speaking support worker.
- Full UK driving licence with a vehicle.
About Cedar House:
We support 14 people with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities and physical disabilities, providing day‑to‑day care, skill development, and personal advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Day‑to‑day support and routine for the people we support.
- Promote independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Encourage development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Assist with health‑care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments and administering medication.
- Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
- Assist with personal care as required.
- Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
