The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Wings supports up to 6 adults with Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities. We work with people to achieve their goals through supporting them to access training, volunteering and employment opportunities. Individuals are supported to engage in their local community and to learn and practice new skills in a supported environment.

Job Details
- Location: Beck Row, Mildenhall (IP28)
- Salary: £14.40 - £15.00 per hour
- Hours: 36 per week
- Shifts: 08:00am - 20:00pm
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Support Workers
- Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Liaise with health professionals and their families
- Complete supervisions and audits
- To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home
