Job Title: Support Worker (Bank)
Location: Must be able to travel between 3 services within LE12, all just under a 20‑minute drive from each other.
Salary: £13.45 - £14.05* per hour.
Shifts: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Requirements: Full UK Manual Driving Licence – desirable. Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support and routine for the people we support.
- Prompt independence while helping clients live a fulfilling life.
- Support and encourage the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Assist with health‑care needs, including accompanying clients to routine appointments or administering medication.
- Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
- Assist with personal care as required.
- Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
