Role: Support Worker

Location: Parc Lodge, Bridgend (CF31)

Salary: £13.45 - £14.05 per hour*

Hours: 35 hours per week. Flexible across days and nights.

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Over 18 years of age.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
  • Promote independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
  • Support and encourage development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Maintain and help with healthcare needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
  • Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
  • Assist with personal care as required.
  • Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
