Salary: £12.60 - £13.30 per hour

Shift patterns: 20:45 - 08:15 AM, Full time, 35 hours per week (contract)

About Lester Court

Lester Court is located in Loughborough, Leicestershire, designed to support up to ten individuals with complex mental health needs. The facility emphasises a recovery‑oriented approach, empowering residents to maintain control over their lives and achieve personal goals through tailored support and skill development.

Responsibilities

  • Prompt service users towards independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
  • Support and encourage the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Maintain and help with health‑care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administering medication.
  • Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
  • Assist with personal care, depending on the service user.
  • Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience within the care sector is not essential as full training is provided. What is required is enthusiasm and a commitment to live our company values daily to support people to live happy and healthy lives.
