We help them to develop their own set of resources to self‑manage and stay well. We provide people with the right support to assist them in developing coping techniques which can make a noticeable difference in their everyday lives. We understand that everyone is an individual and their needs may vary, but whatever the person’s situation or how complex their needs are we will encourage, support and motivate them to achieve their optimum level of independence.

Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day support and routine of the people we support
  • Prompt independence while helping them live a fulfilling life
  • Support and encourage personal skill development through hobbies and interests
  • Maintain and assist with health‑care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication
  • Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
  • Assist with personal care as required
  • Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

Qualifications & Training

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development. Enhanced DBS check (including renewals) is fully covered by Keys Group.
