About the Role:
The role is based in an activity‑based residential home for young people aged 8‑18 with social, emotional and mental health challenges. Residents stay overnight at the centre for the four working days, and accommodation and meals are provided. You will act primarily as a care worker while leading outdoor adventurous activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking and walking, helping young people build confidence and life skills.
