Responsibilities and Role
We are looking for a Registered Manager who brings more than just experience—someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You\\\’ll be overseeing the operations of our two homes in St Neots. This service supports people with complex needs, predominately LD & ASD. You will be more than a manager—you will be a leader, an advocate, and a driving force for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping the lives of both the people in our care and the team around you. We are looking for a Manager who is:
- Experienced in a leadership role within Residential
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Residential care
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
- Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
