Role: Bank Support Worker

Location: Daventry NN11 4DP

Salary: £14.05 - £14.75* per hour

Due to continued growth within our EPIC team, we are seeking Full Time superheroes to join our AMAZING supportive team at The Orchard, to help deliver outstanding care and support to the people we support.

The Orchard is a specialist mental health and dual diagnosis support service located in Daventry, Northamptonshire. They provide support for individuals with complex mental health needs or dual diagnoses, focusing on empowering them to achieve independence and personal goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting People We Support with Gardening
  • Accompanying People We Support to Leisure Centres
  • Supporting People We Support with Arts and Crafts
  • Supporting People We Support with Cooking
  • Going to the cinema with People We Support
  • Going bowling with People We Support
  • Going shopping with People We Support and accompanying them to trips to town centre
  • Teaching Key Life Skills and Assisting with Daily Living Skills
  • Promoting independence for the people we support whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people we support

Activities are offered by Peak through its seven specialist adventure centres including water sports, treetop and climbing centres, across England.
