JOB ROLE: Casual Support Worker
LOCATION: Telford, TF10
SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30* per hour
HOURS: Casual
UK Driving Licence Required
Specialist residential and supported living services for adults with a learning disability, autism, mental health needs, and acquired brain injury are provided throughout England and Wales by Accomplish.

We are currently recruiting passionate Support Workers to join our supported living service in Shropshire. As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service, including:
- Supporting daily routines and activities.
- Promoting independence and helping clients live fulfilling lives.
- Supporting development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining health care needs, including accompanying clients to appointments and administering medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Supporting domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
- Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
Experience in the care sector is not necessary as full training, coaching, and development are provided.
